二、力士乐液压泵选用原则

是否要求变量:径向柱塞泵、轴向柱塞泵、单作用叶片泵是变量泵。

工作压力:柱塞泵压力31.5MPa;叶片泵压力6.3MPa,高压化以后可达16MPa;齿轮泵压力2.5MPa,高压化以后 可达21MPa。

噪声指标:低噪声泵有内啮合齿轮泵、双作用叶片泵和螺杆泵,双作用叶片泵和螺杆泵的瞬时流量均匀。

效率:轴向柱塞泵的总效率最高;同一结构的泵,排量大的泵总效率高;同一排量的泵在额定工况下总效率最 力士乐液压泵的选择,通常是先根据对力士乐液压泵的性能要求来选定力士乐液压泵的型式,再根据力士乐液压泵所应保证的压力和流量来确 定它的具体规格。
Q泵―力士乐液压泵所需输出的流量,m3/min。
K流―系统 的泄漏系数,取1.1~1.3 ;Q缸一液压缸所需提供的最大流 量,m3/min。

若为多液压缸同时动作,Q缸应为同时动作的几个液压缸所需的最大流量之和。
在P泵、Q泵求出以后,就可具体选择力士乐液压泵的规格,选择时应使实际选用泵的额定压力大于所求出的P泵值,通常可放大25%。
泵的额定流量略大于或等于所求出的Q缸值即 0.7,叶片泵0.6~0.75;柱塞泵0.8 ~0.85。
