应用范围:
DW-A-JH-无机堵料(防火灰泥)适用于电力.冶金.化工.建筑等行业中电缆贯穿孔洞开口.风管.金属管道的防火封堵.
安装说明:
.清洁开孔周边及需封堵部分的电缆与桥架至无灰尘及油腻. 然后用水湿润以上 部
分表面
.混合搅拌DW-A-JH-.先在容器中放入份水. 然后加入 份干粉DW-A-
JH-.充分搅拌形成均匀粘稠的砂浆. 注意不要添加其它任何物质
.支模并砌填灰泥于电缆与桥架四周.并压实电缆于灰泥中以防止电缆间产生间隙.
DJ-A-JH-可配合DW-A-JH-应用于电缆四周与电缆间
.(可选项)添加无机阻火砖于预备二次穿越更换电缆的位置
.如果需要.可在封堵部位旁边的显眼位置安装标识贴. 以作为后期维护的辨别标识

The DW-A-JH- inorganic caulking (fireproofing gatch) is our company`s new product that is successfully researched
according to the GB- standard. The product is a powder manufactured by mixing inorganic? materials and chemical
assistant, featuring high intensity, water resistance, corrosion resistance, no odor, and easy construction. It is a high-end
fireproofing material used with the fireproof coated board systems, the maximum fire rating can reach hours.
Application scope:
The DW-A-JH- inorganic caulking (fireproofing gatch) is applicable to fire protection plugging of openings of cable
penetrated holes, air ducts, and metal pipes for industries such as electric power, metallurgy, chemical engineering, and
construction.
Installation desion:
. Clean the parts around the open pores and the cables and trays to be plugged until no dust or grease is left, then use
? water to moisten the surfaces of the preceding parts.
. Mix and stir the DW-A-JH-, first put share of water in the container, then add shares of DW-A-JH- powder, stir
it completely to make even and sticky mortar. Do not add any other material.
. Establish a template and fill the gatch around the cables and trays, compact the cables into the gatch to avoid gaps between
the cables, DJ-A-JH- can be used with DW-A-JH- around and among the cables
. (Optional) Add inorganic fire bricks to places for secondary crossing to replacethe cables
. If necessary, install identification plates beside the conspicuous parts with fire protection plugging to use as marks for
future maintenance
